Since our founding in 1978, Pilgrimage has had a history of success and achievements that have strengthened our clients, staff, and organization as a whole. It is important that Pilgrimage continue to foster success by offering the varied programs that have allowed so many to grow.

We at Pilgrimage believe that each person has within himself or herself the ability to deal effectively with any and all circumstances life may present. As mental health professionals, we are trained to help you move through whatever it is that is in the way of that ability. We provide a comprehensive system of therapy and support designed specifically for your particular issues, background, and needs.

Pilgrimage offers a multi-cultural approach understanding the importance of diverse cultures, languages, religious beliefs and backgrounds. Our therapists conduct individual and group sessions at either of our two conveniently located offices in Laguna Hills and Tustin in English, Spanish, French, Italian, Farsi and German.

Pilgrimage Family Therapy Center is a recognized leader and pacesetter in the areas of prevention, crisis intervention and ongoing quality mental health services through our integrative approach to therapy. While we work with clients from all economical and social backgrounds throughout Orange County, we have a key focus in the area of decentralized community-based services, which responds to the needs of the different ethnic groups in Orange County, especially for those with a limited means of support.

Over the next three to five years, Pilgrimage Family Therapy Center is committed to growth in the following areas:

• Continue delivering high quality mental health services through prevention, crisis intervention and on-going therapy.

• Expand our programs to meet the ever-changing demographics in Orange County, with special emphasis on developing and delivering services to clients of Hispanic, Asian, Mid-Eastern and African-American origins.

• Build a strong, professional staff that leads and supports the organization’s vision and long-term growth goals.

• Bring on new outreach satellite locations to make our programs more responsive, accessible and affordable to our diverse local population.

• Develop a multi-interdisciplinary approach to working with clients in other life matters by offering assistance in areas such as nutrition, medical health and recreation.
